This also determines wether your driver will greet you on the East or West side of the main Terminal’s commercial level.

Passenger pick up is on Level 5,
just outside of baggage claim.
Your driver will meet you on the West Side outside Doors 506–508 or the East Side outside doors 509–511, on Island #2.

ARRIVAL
Once your plane lands, you should receive a text from your driver welcoming you to Colorado and providing pick-up instructions.
After you deplane, please take a moment for any comfort stops or needs.
Then proceed to baggage claim.

DIA does not allow drivers to wait at the pick up location but it only takes them a couple of minutes to pull up.
PICKUP
Your driver will pull up to either the East or West side of the terminal.
(Depending on your airline)
Meet your driver on Level 5 just outside of baggage claim, on Island 2 – “LIMO”.
Typically between doors 509-511 East-side
506-508 West-side
