By booking, making reservations and using transportation services with Colorado Resort Limousine Ltd, you as our client, guest and additional passengers are accepting, agreeing to and acknowledging adherence of our policies, rules and terms of service. If you do not agree with or accept these policies and terms, we are unable to provide transportation services.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Airport & Resort Transfer Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 HOURS of scheduled transportation time. Reservations have a 20% cancellation administration fee for each direction of travel that is cancelled outside of 48 hours of service.

Our Wedding, Concert & Events transportation service, typically require more of a time & resource commitment. A Deposit of 20% is due to comfirm these reservations and is non-refundable. Last minute cancellations are very disruptive and deny other guest’s the opportunity to reserve transportation. For this reason, these reservations are non-refundable if canceled within 14 DAYS of the scheduled event. Reservations may be canceled outside of 14 days for a full refund minus the 20% deposit.

MISSED FLIGHT POLICY: Colorado Resort Limousine Ltd., will Not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Colorado Department of Transportation, mechanical breakdown, or any other conditions outside of its control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains. Availability may be limited for last minute changes.

We recommend all guest’s have Travel Insurance to cover missed flights and other expenses that result from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.

Reservations for all transportation include a 30 minute comfort stop. Additional wait time charges may be applied to your payment method, due to guest related delays, diversions and/or extra stops and circumstances that are outside our normal services and control.

E-Mail Communication: Generally we accept new reservations, changes and cancellations by email (info@coloradoresortlimo.com) with adequate 36 hour notice.  Although we do operate transportation services 24/7/365, our office hours are limited to 8am – 7pmMonday- Sunday, it is recommended that you verbally confirm any request sent after normal business hours and on major holidays.  If your needs require attention in less than a 12 hour response window, please call our office at 970-3434273 leave a message and state urgency of your needs.

Although during normal weekday business hours, we can reasonably monitor email and voicemail, we are not able to monitor email or voicemail around the clock.  So for shorter urgent requests, always call 970-343-4273 with those requests right away for your request to be processed, as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellations, changes or new reservations without  speaking directly to staff and adequate notice.

You should always get an email confirmation of a new reservation, any changed reservation or cancelled reservation.  If you do not receive such email confirmation, please call us right away (970) 343-4273.

CLOSE-IN BOOKING FEE: Reservations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time, must be handled by contacting Colorado Resort Limousine staff and availability is likely to be limited.

TIGHT CONNECTION OPTION: By opting for a tight connection when making a reservation, Colorado Resort Limousine Ltd, waives any responsibility for missed connections, flights, activities, events, meetings and/or destination reservations.

Special Events & Peak Demand Rental Times:

Special events and peak demand periods both locally and in other markets may dictate premium pricing, higher hourly minimums and in some cases multi-day minimums, additional notice for changes and cancellations.  Vehicles are generally in more limited supply for the higher demand and often times supplemental vehicles are required to accommodate this demand.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

Arrival Time:

Colorado Resort Limousine and its employees, always prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in arrival time.  Typically your driver should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Please be ready to depart at your scheduled time, as we often have other commitments and time constraints. Road, traffic and weather conditions are often times beyond the reasonable control of Colorado Resort Limousine and its employees. No liability can be assumed as a result of delays, late arrivals or departures due to such circumstances.

Baggage and Other Property Transported:

Colorado Resort Limousine cannot not assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor for any property left in the company’s vehicles.  We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle.  Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.

DIA: Our drivers monitor flights via Flight Aware and Google Flights, when flight information is available. Typically you can expect to receive a text greeting from our drivers shortly after your flights arrival. Upon arrival take time for any comfort or personal needs. Please collect your luggage FIRST and then proceed to contact your driver and coordinate pickup. Once you have had time to take a break, have gathered all of your luggage and are ready to load up and go, your driver will meet you on either the east or west side on level 5 (same as baggage claim) at Island 2, which is the 3rd lane over and marked “Limos”. Your driver will designate a door # to aid in pickup location accuracy. Example: “between doors 506-508 or 509-511”. Note: Eastside doors are odd #’s and Westside doors are even #’s.

Eagle Airport: Our drivers monitor flights via Flight Aware and Google Flights, when flight information is available. Typically you can expect to receive a text greeting from our drivers shortly after your flights arrival. Upon arrival take time for any comfort or personal needs and please collect your luggage from baggage claim. Once you have had time to take a break, have gathered all of your luggage and are ready to load up and go, you can find your driver at the airports designated meeting area. Your driver will be waiting for you at the far end of baggage claim, holding a sign with your name on it. You can expect to see a dozen or more drivers waiting for guests. Per Eagle County Airport regulations, your driver is not permitted in the general baggage claim area, but will gladly assist with luggage from the “meeting point” on. Baggage porters are available with carts for additional assistance.

PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted. Colorado Resort Limousine must be notified in advance if a guest is traveling with a Service Animal. Please provide supporting Emotional Support Animal documents from a licensed doctor at the time of your reservation. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply to remove animal hair, dander, urine or other fluids and to sanitize vehicle for other guests with allergies. We only implement cleaning fees if necessary.

MINORS TRAVELING: Children younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. Unaccompanied minors under 16 years of age are not permitted.

SUV – BAG POLICY: In order to accommodate 6 guests and their luggage, we recommend a limit of 1 large item & 1 personal item per guest, 4 guests may have 2 large items & 1 personal item per guest. Any additional or oversized luggage, needs to be disclosed and may limit our ability to accommodate your transportation. If you are traveling with wheelchairs, strollers, specialty equipment, golf clubs, ski or snowboard equipment, it may limit space for guests and luggage and may need to travel in an exterior enclosed rooftop carrier or may be exposed to weather and road conditions, including snow and slush. Please take this into consideration when packing personal items in your ski/snowboard bag. **PLEASE NOTE** Due to recent changes at our airports, we cannot hold luggage or accept unattended luggage.

MISSED, DELAYED AND DIVERTED FLIGHT POLICY:

Colorado Resort Limousine will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Colorado Department of Transportation, or any other conditions outside of Colorado Resort Limousine’s direct control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains. Availability may be limited for last minute changes.

Eagle County Regional Airport, Vail Valley Jet Center and Aspen Airport, flights are at risk of being delayed, canceled and/or diverted to alternate airports, typically Denver International Airport.

This typically occurs when adverse weather conditions are impacting travel in and out of the airport. Colorado Resort Limousine is NOT liable nor responsible for these changes, and may not be able to move resources and provide transportation to an alternate location. If this occurs, Colorado Resort Limousine WILL make every effort to accommodate you as our guest, either by moving resources, utilizing an affiliate company or other arrangements, but CANNOT guarantee transportation in these circumstances. Colorado Resort Limousine may apply additional charges to your payment method, when additional costs are incurred from increased travel time, distance or resource allocation, as well as any affiliate network charges.

We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover potential for missed, delayed or diverted flights and/or transportation and resulting expenses.​

Gratuity Policy:

It is customary to give a gratuity to a driver for services rendered.  As a convenience to our clients, we include a base tip amount in your reservation price, a recommended 20% tip that is paid 100% to the driver and again is included in your charges, unless your corporate agreement states differently. If your driver should exceed expectations and provide exceptional service, an additional gratuity is common and appropriate, though completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with the driver’s service. Understand that all tips must be earned by providing outstanding service to our clients and their guests, and that the actual amount received is always up to the client.

Passenger Conduct:

Colorado Resort Limousine reserves the right to refuse to transportation to any persons including but not limited to, persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable, abusive, unreasonable or violent to other persons or if the driver feels abused or threatened in anyway.  Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle.  Client shall not interfere with the driver in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.  In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.

Excess Cleaning & Damage:

If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense.

The minimum clean up fee is $250.

Smoking or Vaping of any kind is Strictly Prohibited!

Smoking or vaping in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an Automatic Minimum $250 charge, but is not limited to $250. Any Physical or other Tangible Damage caused by smoking activity (burns, smells, etc.) will also be charged in full, including any loss resulting from vehicles being ‘out of service’ to the client.

Damage to the vehicle, driver or company property in any way caused by the actions, situations, use or handling of anything by client and other passengers, will be charged in full to the client.

ADDITIONAL WAIT TIMES AND DELAYS:

A “Red-Eye” or abnormal service time fee of +50% will be charged for reservations originating between 11pm and 5:00am.
