Gary Clark Jr. is a prolific performer who infuses blues, jazz, soul, and R&B. As a young musician, he was primarily influenced by artists like Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, BB King, and The Rolling Stones. Clark released his debut album, Worry No More, in 2001, and everything went uphill. In 2012, Clark released his breakthrough album Blak and Blu. The highly-acclaimed effort entered the Billboard 200, peaking at number 6. Moreover, the record spawned the Grammy Award-winning single “Please Come Home” and the Grammy-nominated single “Ain’t Messin’ Around.”

In 2015, Clark released his follow-up album, The Story of Sonny Boy Slim. The exemplary record peaked at number 8 on the Billboard 200, 4 on the Top Rock chart, and number 1 on the Blues chart. By 2019, Clark has dropped another chart-performing record, This Land. The album won Clark three Grammy Awards – one for Best Contemporary Blues Album, while the title track won Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance.

Meanwhile, multi-instrumentalists and old-soul musician Allen Stone will deliver his usual blues, R&B, and soul-filled set. The musician, who embodies renowned performers like Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and James Morrison, is an excellent addition to Clark’s highly-coveted concert.
