Chauffeur Driver
Job Description

Pay:
Equal to $25.00 – $45.00 per hour + potential for additional referral commissions.
20% Included gratuity on every trip.
You will receive $16-$20/hr, plus receive an additional 20% in driver gratuity’s.
Starting wages depend on your firsthand experience…
Driver’s with more experience and knowledge of the surrounding resorts, airports, highways, restaurants, activities and winter weather driving conditions can start at a higher wage.
Additional 10% commissions can be earned for referral bookings that originated directly from you.
You will have first choice to drive that trip as scheduling permits.
The ideal candidate has prior guest service driver experience and has lived in or near to Summit County for past several years. Familiarity with Airports, Breckenridge Resort hotels, lodges, property management companies, neighborhoods, restaurants, shops, activity outfitters, Vail & Summit County highways, streets and alternate routes. I-70 corridor, state highways and alternate routes, including major traffic arteries.
Ideally able to working any time of day or night (which will include evenings and weekends). Priority given to those who are WILLING to be ON CALL for last minute trips.
Equally comfortable driving families around the mountain resorts, as they are driving a demanding executive to and from the airport. Maintain a positive attitude while working in the midst of challenging and sometimes stressful road, traffic & extreme weather conditions (whiteout blizzards and heavy traffic are encountered regularly) eclectic social setting and a diverse group of guests.
Responsibilities:
BE RELIABLE & ON TIME (which means early!)
SAFELY & ASSERTIVELY Chauffeur/Drive guests around in a Luxury SUV or 14 Passenger extended length Van.
Be attentive, accommodating, respectful and professional with guests.
Respond to guests needs/questions promptly.
Own a smart phone capable of downloading company apps as well as utilize and operate company apps, software and forms.
Record information accurately.
Maintain Driver Mile Logs as per the Colorado PUC requirements
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
Check road conditions, traffic and airport/flight delays 2 hours prior to every trip.
Plan accordingly and remain on point and on time. Leave as early as needed!
Present a Clean and Well Groomed Professional Appearance and Personal Hygiene;
Clean and Ironed Button Down Dress Shirt, Dress Slacks (NO SHORTS or JEANS), Belt and Dress Shoes.
Ties are optional (except required for weddings) and are welcomed!
Drive, operate and perform mechanical pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections.
Clean and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors regularly, before, during and after guests/trips.
(Including regular washes, vacuum, clean windows and interior detailing)
Keep vehicles topped off with fuel and occasionally drop vehicles off for oil changes, tire rotations and repairs.
Additional requirements and responsibilities will be communicated from management upon hire.
